If you see a notification of “Welcome on board”, it means you successfully created
an account. You will receive an email for your login credentials.
Cash
You Can pay cash at the Slices cashier in the school.
Credit Card
Log in online and click Pay, highlight top-up and choose or enter the amount you
desire.
Make sure to use Google Chrome or Safari to avoid errors. Internet Explorer is not
compatible with the payment system.
For first time payment, please click “Allow" if a pop up notification appear to be
routed to the credit card authorization page.
For Non GEMS Schools Cards will be delivered 2-3 days upon you signing up. You can pick it up at the
slices canteen, just ask assistance from our staff.
For GEMS Schools Students are required to use their STS School ID card for Slices
Canteen / Cafe Services to make payments .
For Non GEMS Schools: For lost cards we need to settle an amount of AED 20 in the
cashier, so we can change the status to "Reported missing" thus deactivating the card. After this, we
will print the card and deliver it to the school in 2-3 days.
For GEMS Schools: students have to report to STS / School (as per School or STS
policy).
You can check the transaction history once you are logged in at app.slices.ae.
Click your name of the upper right side of the screen and choose “My Account”.
It will only allow you to add one child in the initial creation of the account. Once you created one, you can
click “ADD A STUDENT” to add another.
Yes, we do offer vegetarian meals and students can choose from a vegetarian or non-vegetarian meal in the
canteen.
You can send an email at feedback@slices.ae and we will
coordinate this with our
accounts team, so we can provide you the invoice.
Once you logged in, you will see the balance of your child. You will also receive an automated email if the
balance is below AED 20.
Same process when applying for all account just done forget to thick the box indicating you are a faculty
member.
Points to remember:
Always try to use Google Chrome or Safari. Refrain from using Internet Explorer since it is not compatible
with the system.
Try to use laptop or computer if phone is not working and vice versa.
Try to clear cache and cookies/browsing history on the browser if having an error.
